Does Pro upload my data?
No. Every plan analyses data in your browser. Paying only unlocks features; it never changes where your data goes.
I've bought Pro. How do I turn it on?
Open Activate Pro and paste the licence key from your purchase email.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly and yearly plans can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you offer site licences?
Site licences for a whole department are planned. Pro is per person.
Do you charge VAT or sales tax?
Payments will be handled by a merchant of record that adds the correct VAT or sales tax for your country at checkout.
